A rumored for some time about the new 2012 Triumph. Well this morning we received confirmation of the English brand via its official blog, the arrival of two new models.


The Triumph 1200 Explorer comes clearly to come into competition with some GS 1200. To see the boils on the photos, it even has the look!

Equipped with a 3-cylinder 130 horsepower, we can count a shaft drive and a secondary shaft drive, a ride by wire throttle, ABS disconnected.

These are currently the only evidence we have. Real trail drive TT or rather directed, only the Milan show will give answers to our questions.

The second new feature will be in the range of variation of an existing model. Indeed, the Speed Triple will be available in version R. We can therefore already have a real Brembo brakes typed (in radial) and Ohlins suspension. Add to that a touch of carbon and I think it will win its audience.
