Following the publication of the new Traffic Law, which was published in the Official Gazette of November 24 , in which it was stated that those complaints were in the process of appeal or were not strong and sanctions which weigh Under the new law not applicable deduction of points, a retreat or have minor withdrawal of driving license, will reduce the balance of points as specified in the new rules, but must deal with the economic level.

Also if the sanctions include withdrawal of the license it will not be held unless there is total loss of the balance of points.
