“We made a decent start but I should have been a little more aggressive in the first corner. When I came in second, Dani has slowed quite hard and I was not ready, my brakes were not hot and I struggled to slow down, I was lucky to complete the first round.

The race was hard, the temperatures were high and it made the track a bit more slippery than for practice and qualifying. At one point I lost the front and the bike almost fell on my knee, I was almost to the ground but I managed to lift it without losing too much confidence. “We are very pleased with our second place, for several reasons. After qualifying we had to work very hard to catch up we had on Casey, it was not normal to be as far from him.
