Piaggio MP3 125

Piaggio MP3 125

Description:

At a time when a new color of the valve cap is sold as an innovation, it’s hard to find the right words for the MP3-wheel. The idea to combine the advantages of car and bicycle is not new. End of the nineties made the Italjet Scoop the final push and failed.

Piaggio was the first to develop a skew-compatible three-wheeler for series production and to produce it. The idea is basically quite simple: The two front wheels are each led by a GE-deferred short arm. These depend on four parallelograms arranged, mutually movable aluminum handlebars. This allows the front wheels to move relative to each other, what ever makes only oblique positions – and overturning the state also. To prevent this from happening, there is a button with which the construction can be blocked.

Advantage: At the traffic can keep your feet on the footboards. When parking brake prevents rolling away. The MP3 comes with the current engines of the house. When driving on dry roads, there are, apart from certain inertia, no difference to conventional scooters. On slippery surfaces announces the MP3 at the end of the Grips with gentle slides.
