Husqvarna 900 R Nuda presented with the next year a new naked bike.At a presentation in Munich there was a small chance to test drives the model for 2012. Basis for the new bike is the F-800 series from BMW, which supplies with their cultivated two-cylinder driving the best conditions. The result is marked by the usual weight-saving design for Husqvarna.


According to the Husqvarna 900 R Nuda brings only 175 kg dry on the scale. Although there are some missing parts like turn signals and mirrors, but it is not expected that the admission capable machine exceeds the 200-pound limit. Motor side, the Italian engineers tease out the two cylinders bored out 105 hp at 900 cc.

The engine block is just like the frame design of the BMW F 800 GS. Swingarm and performance parts come from the BMW F 800 R.
